Here are the minutes from the meeting on October 18th 2017. It sounds like it was a lively debate!
The key outcome was that the wording from the previous minutes regarding the village precept:
"The village should have a precept as and when the amenity fund no longer became able to support the hall and field."
Should be changed to read
"The village should consider a precept..."
This change was made "as this had actually been what Gordon Evans had proposed"
It was also stated that previously, "The minutes had recorded an abbreviated version of Gordon's two part proposal for simplicity".
